We are pleased to announce the completion of the Industrial Accelerator in Stalowa Wola – a modern facility that represents a significant step in the development of infrastructure for the SME and startup sector in the region. As a Bauren design office, we had the honor of developing a comprehensive design for this investment and providing author’s supervision over its implementation.
New space for innovative business
The Industrial Accelerator is a facility with a total usable area of 8,607 sqm, which combines manufacturing, office and service functions. The building consists of two parts: a four-story building on the west side, housing modern offices, and a single-story production and warehouse hall with direct access to unloading zones, which significantly improves logistics and the flow of goods.
Space conducive to collaboration and development
The facility offers flexible spaces tailored to the diverse needs of entrepreneurs:
- Conference rooms with modern audiovisual equipment and simultaneous translation systems
- A coworking area of approximately 450 m² with full social and sanitary facilities
- Studio premises with a total area of about 280 m², combining work and relaxation space.
Sustainable design and ecology
The Industrial Accelerator project was designed with sustainability and integration with the surroundings in mind. The central courtyard – the atrium – designed on a square plan, serves a recreational and leisure function. It is distinguished by blue polyurethane sidewalks, symbolizing the ribbon of the river, which is a key compositional element of the entire space.
The facility is equipped with a number of environmentally friendly solutions, including:
- A photovoltaic installation with a minimum power of 100 kW
- Retention tanks with a total capacity of about 174 m³ to collect rainwater
- Charging stations for electric cars
- Bicycle storage areas to support ecological mobility of employees
- Modern ventilation systems with heat recovery and intelligent building management systems
