In 2020/2021, we carried out the design work for this project, which was divided into two distinct phases, viz:
Subject 1:
Preparation of design documentation for the renovation of rooms, corridors, reception area in the Hotel*** NAT in Kołobrzeg, with adaptation to the applicable fire protection regulations, together with the necessary arrangements and obtaining a final building permit decision or effective notification of construction works.
The subject of the study is a design for the reconstruction of a hotel and spa facility along with
with the addition of staircases in order to adapt to current conditions of fire protection.

The scope of the project covers the entire hotel building. The anticipated works include:
adapting the building to current fire conditions
rearrangement of the reception desk in the entrance hall
reconstruction of the canopy over the ground floor of the building
renovation of the building façade
Addition of staircases
Subject 2:
Design documentation for the construction of a treatment base
at the NAT Kołobrzeg Hotel*** in Kołobrzeg along with obtaining the necessary arrangements and the final decision on the building permit
for a construction permit at NAT Hotel in Kołobrzeg.
The subject of the study is the design of the superstructure of the single-storey segment of the
hotel with a storey for a treatment area.
The project assumes no interference with the existing building in terms of evacuation, fire conditions and hygiene and sanitary conditions.
The proposed treatment area will serve as a separate part of the functional part and will constitute
will complement the hotel’s offer.
