GPP Office Building in Katowice.

Administration and office building and the accompanying infrastructure is a part of the Upper Silesian Industrial Park complex in Katowice.

It has seven floors above the ground connected with two underground floors where a car park and technical infrastructure facilities are located by four separated staircases and six elevators.

The building, on the above ground floors, is divided into two zones: entrance zone with a staircase and an attractive hall with rooms dedicated to services, recreation and sport, commerce, restaurants, education and health care, and the main office zone occupying approximately 85% of the building area organised in functionally separated office modules divided into rooms.

The building is characteristic of high energy efficiency comparable to the passive house and advanced technology of all installations controlled by the BMS system creating an “intelligent building”.
