The investment involves the extension of the existing building of Z.S.O. No. 5 with a rehabilitation swimming pool, with a sports function and facilities. The scale of the facility is closely aligned with the existing school building. The architectural form is modern, simple and inscribed in the area and referring to the neighboring buildings.
The pool hall was designed as a simple, compact structure with a rhythmic division of façades and windows.
The building in the pool area was covered with a gable roof. The building will be a two-storey building in the dressing area with showers, the rest of the building is a one-story building. The bulding has a basement.
