The service part consists of the following functional elements :

social facilities,
sanitary rooms.
The office-administrative part includes the following rooms :
customer service room,
rooms of advisors, SKP staff and manager,
dining room with kitchenette,
cash register,
office rooms,
archive,
training and conference rooms,
sanitary rooms.
Storage building
2 tire warehouses,
storage of new batteries and storage of used batteries,
waste zone with containers,
fuel tank zone.
Architectural solutions relate to the surrounding urban space without destroying the architectural and spatial order of the surroundings. Individual segments, due to their function, have different size parameters, but the proportions of the individual parts harmonize with each other to form a coherent architectural block. Colors were chosen as subdued shades of gray and dark graphite with an accent in the form of a canopy over the entrance, stretching along the front elevation.
