3. Preparation of the construction project

   At this stage, we prepare the complete construction documentation necessary to obtain a building permit. We also take care of any agreements with relevant institutions and prepare technical expertise, if required.

4. Detailed design and cost estimating

5. Author’s and investor’s supervision

6. Handover of the building and post-construction support

   Upon completion of the construction work, we participate in technical acceptance and assist in obtaining the necessary occupancy permits. We also offer support in the operation of the facility and any design modifications.
